ABOUT US

8100 Gelato was born out of a love for great food made with fresh, local ingredients. Successful restauranteurs Mark and Michelle Relph, sort to find the perfect location to build a local gelato brand for everyone to enjoy all year round. Loulé Market was the natural choice of focus. Surrounded by good quality, locally grown and organic produce and an environment where food is the main event, they found the perfect little spot. Small batches of handcrafted, natural gelatos and sorbets are made onsite at our store in Loulé Market everyday. Where possible we choose to support local producers, use local ingredients, plant based stabilisers and always quality products in our production.

A selection of more than 14 delicious flavours are available in scoops or tubs to takeaway, including brand best sellers and seasonally led creations designed to embrace the natural harvests through the year. The majority of our products are Gluten-free. Vegan, Dairy-free and Sugar-free flavours are also in store.

Our aim is to create a space in the local community where gelato can be a magical experience for the everyday.
